My List in Lookup HR_MGRV_APPL_CONTEXT Cannot be Enabled (Doc ID 2740180.1)

Goal

Problem Statement:

"My List" in the lookup HR_MGRV_APPL_CONTEXT cannot be enabled to use in the Self-Service My List functionality. When attempting to check the Enabled box, following error occurs.

FRM-40200: Field is protected against update.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login with HRMS Manager responsibility
  2.  Go to "Application Utilities Lookups" form
     (N) Other Definitions > Lookup Tables
  3.  Query Type HR_MGRV_APPL_CONTEXT
  4.  "Enabled" box cannot be checked

 

The lookup code cannot be enabled in the Quickcode Types form with the "HRMS Localizatin seed Data Entry" responsibility as well. Quickcode Types form is obsoleted and "FRM-40010: Cannot read form /..../per/12.0.0/forms/US/PERWSLKT.fmx" error occurs when attempting to open the form.
