Goal

While entering a pre-approved batch pr a project budget (using either Self Service webpages or form) the system is allowing to users to enter numbers with more than 2 decimal places (i.e., 2.5678)
These entries need to be limited to to three decimal places ( i.e., 2.567).
How is this changed?
