Symptoms
On : Personal Time Off Accruals
When attempting to enter Absence,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The absence will decrease the employee's PTO net entitlement to less that zero for one or more of their accrual plans.Continue ?
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login XX HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to Absence
3. Enter Absence details
4. Warning
