Symptoms

When we allocation a sell-side shipment - we have one allocation record. What is happening is if the shipment is re-allocated - the updated record is sent over to FTI but the original record is not deleted so they end up with multiple allocation records for the same shipment. We expect all the Allocation rows that got deleted in OLTP is supposed to be flagged as 'DEL_IN_OLTP as Y'
