Generate Asset Lines for a Single Project: REP-1401: 'cf_format_maskformula': Fatal PL/SQL error

When attempting to execute the "PRC:Generate Asset Lines for a Single Project" concurrent it ends up in ERROR status.

Error:

REP-1401: 'cf format maskformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-01403: no data found
