When trying to update assignment data using "HR_ASSIGNMENT_API.UPDATE_EMP_ASG_CRITERIA", either of the following error appears:

ERROR MESSAGE 1
----------------------

fail_1ORA-20001: The organization should be an HR organization for all assignments other than the first.--20001

ERROR MESSAGE 2
----------------------

ORA-20001: Invalid position

This position does not exist at all, or is not completely within the assignment's date range.

STEPS
------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using SQL Developer / Toad

2. Update the assignment data of an employee using 'HR_ASSIGNMENT_API.UPDATE_EMP_ASG_CRITERIA' API

3. Encounter the ERROR MESSAGE 1 when Organization data is updated using the above API

4. Encounter the ERROR MESSAGE 2 when Position data is updated using the above API
