Symptoms
When attempting to update event using API PA_EVENT_PUB.UPDATE_EVENT,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The event ID is not revenue distributed and cancelled invoice against this event exists. Updates are allowed only to the event date, organization, description, bill hold, bill amount, bill group, revenue hold, and revenue amount fields
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to SQL Plus
2. Execute API PA_EVENT_PUB.UPDATE_EVENT.
3. Review Output file of the script, It will show error message.
The event ID is not revenue distributed and cancelled invoice against this event exists. Updates are allowed only to the event date, organization, description, bill hold, bill amount, bill group, revenue hold, and revenue amount fields.
