R12: AP:ZX: When Calculating Taxes OR Running Create Accounting Concurrent Program, Application Erros withORA-01555: Snapshot Too Old (Doc ID 2742619.1)

Upgraded database from 11 to 19c












Symptoms

After upgrading the database from 11 to 19c, the either the  Create Accounting program Or the Tax Calculation
fails with the below error when there is a large volume of data. This seems to be working fine when its contains smaller volume in the run.

 

A. Steps for the Accounting Program

1. Log into Oracle Applications using a Payables responsibility.
2. Requests --> Submit Create Accounting concurrent request

Steps to reproduce for  a Tax Calculation

Log into Oracle Applications using a Payables responsibility.
1. Open the Invoice form and query the invoice in question
2. (N) Invoices > Entry > Invoice
3. Hit (B) Calculate Tax to calculate taxes
4. Get the error

ERROR

Unexpected error occurred during Tax Calculation.
Exception: An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
Please correct the problem or contact your System Administrator.

Database is upgraded from 11g to 19c and low memory has been set while initializing database parameters.
