ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, the status of some objects shows Pending Objects after loading the xml data into EBS from Fusion

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that, the status of some objects should show successful after loading the xml data into EBS from Fusion

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login application and select the responsibility "HCM Cloud Integration Administrator"

2. Click "Go to Task" of "Import and Load Data"

3. Import the xml which does not include the tag "AssignmentId" and shows Pending status
