Payroll Process Has Duplicated Sick Absences Hours (Doc ID 2743187.1)

Symptoms

Absence for sick pay has been entered for some employees. When payroll is run, payroll is paying double the hours and amount.  This is only happening for salaried employees.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter absence hours
2. Run Payroll
3. Check SOE and see sick hours are duplicated.
