Goal

You can write XML elements and Oracle Format Mask such as <?format-number:fieldname;'999G999D99'?> in "Form Field Help Text" in RTF template (**1).

  

If Multi-Byte characters exist there, the code followed by them are truncated when you save RTF template using Microsoft Word 2016.

For example...

Because of this, the reports can't run by error. If you use an older version such as Word 2007, you can save it even if Multi-Byte Character exists.
