EBS - Login Not Working Properly for SYSADMIN Account and redirects from HTTPS to HTTP (Doc ID 2744539.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology

Login not working properly under SYSADMIN account

The issue can be reproduced as follow:

1-On EBS 12.1.3 configured with SSL.

2-When login with another user, able to login fine and able to bring up forms.

3-However, when connect as SYSADMIN, login doesn't always work and when it does, trying to bring any form, the application logs the user out.

4-Noticed that for the SYSADMIN account, the application is trying to execute non-SSL URLs.

5-For example, when able to login as SYSADMIN after a few tries, when check the URL of any forms based application

For example System Administrator --> Concurrent Manager --> Administer

by right-clicking the option in the browser, seeing the link was trying to execute the non-SSL
