Symptoms

When attempting to validate AP Invoice
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error - Threshold is not defined for the applicable TDS section :XXXX


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create AP Invoice
2. Tag TDS tax category
3. Validate and the error shows up
