ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User closed a work order, but Close work order form is not showing the work order. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow us to unclose a work order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Resp: Enterprise Asset Management
1.Close Work order
2. Trying Unclose a work order.
3. FRM:40313: Invalid value for field WIP_ENTITY_NAME
