"A Party Tax Profile does not exist for this Party" error when saving line without "Date Ordered"

"A Party Tax Profile does not exist for this Party" (ZX_PARTY_NOT_EXIST)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Sales Order and leave "Date Ordered" on Order Header as NULL
  2. Add order line and save
