Label Not Printed - Printer Not Accepting Encoding value defaulted by WMS System - New Public API (Doc ID 2745384.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Label Printing

Actual Behavior
Find currently able to print using this printer Zebra ZT410 but using pl/sql script and it prints perfect as expected however customer now plans on using MSCA so printing using XML with printing mode Synchronous TCP/IP would be more appropriate.

Expected Behavior
Expect to be able to print with Synchronous TCP/IP

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer using Zebra ZT410 and find with Encoding windows-1256 for Arabic, print label is not successful.

2. Expectation to use for MSCA, Synchronous TCP/IP
