Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Oracle Supplier Lifecycle Management / iSupplier Portal, Release 12.2.5 and later, the Supplier Party UDA attribute list of values (LOV) is not opening during the Prospective Supplier Registration process.

It is expected that the UDA LOV window will open when the user clicks the icon to open the LOV.
Due to this issue, prospective suppliers are unable to enter the business-required UDA information when performing the registration. As a results the new suppliers cannot be registered or approved for business use.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The prospective supplier connects to the registration URL.
2. On the Prospective Supplier Registration page (Step 1 of 4), enter the required information and click the Next button.
3. On the Prospective Supplier Registration: Additional Details page (Step 2 of 4), enter the various details including supplier address information, business classifications, bank account info, products and services, etc. Click the Next button once all is done.
4. On the Supplier Profile Attributes page (Step 3 of 4), the UDA field and LOV is displayed for the user to enter data; however, when the user clicks the icon to enter the LOV window, nothing happens.
