Symptoms
Issue Description:
Interface Trip Stops ends with error: INV INV_ZERO_ONHAND: The onhand quantity is zero for the selection criteria entered
Steps to simulate the Issue:
- Create Sales Order in Order Management.
- Ship the SO. The Shipping Transaction will be in Shipped Status
- Run the Interface Trip Stop (ITS) to outbound the data to Inventory.
- ITS will end in Warning, with below output.
Below is ITS Output. Review Error "INV_ZERO_ONHAND":
