Symptoms

Issue Description:

Interface Trip Stops ends with error: INV INV_ZERO_ONHAND: The onhand quantity is zero for the selection criteria entered

 

Steps to simulate the Issue:

  1. Create Sales Order in Order Management.
  2. Ship the SO. The Shipping Transaction will be in Shipped Status
  3. Run the Interface Trip Stop (ITS) to outbound the data to Inventory.
  4. ITS will end in Warning, with below output.

 

Below is ITS Output. Review Error "INV_ZERO_ONHAND":
