Encountered an Error - "You cannot update column location to NULL" on Clicking Details Button for the Newly Added Ship To Business Purpose for a Customer. (Doc ID 2746511.1)

On clicking Details button for the newly added Ship To Business Purpose for a customer, the following error is encountered:

ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot update column location to NULL.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Receivables responsibility > Customers > Create/Maintain Customers
2) Query the customer name > create a new site address with purpose = Bill To and apply.
3) Click on + button and add a purpose = Ship To keeping column - 'Bill To Location' as blank.
4) Add Bill To Location in Ship To there after and click on Details button to provide other values
5) The above mentioned error is shown to the user.
