Create Assessment errors after modifying the collaboration team.

Expected Behavior
 
Create Assessment should not error after modifying the collaboration team

Steps to Replicate:
a) Access Supplier Management Administrator responsibility
b) Navigate to "Collaboration Team" under "Reusable list"
c) Search for XXX (Collaboration team name)
d) Click on apply.
e) Goback to home
f)  Click on "Create Assessment"
g) choose a template and click on apply.
h) Find that the page errors out (unexpected error)
   (Note: no errors, if you access the "Create Assessment", without accessing "Collaboration team")
