Problematic Behavior
Duplicates Values are Displayed in Collaboration Team Members in Assessment

Expected Behavior
Members are NOT Duplicated in Collaboration Team Members in Assessment

Steps to Replicate:
a) Access Supplier Management Administrator responsibility
b) Navigate to "Collaboration Team" under "Reusable list"
c) Search for XXX (Collaboration team name), Verify that there are no duplicate members
d) Click on apply.
e) Go back to home
f) Click on "Create Assessment"
g) Add the same Collaboration team XXX to the Assessment.
h) Find that the same members appears more than once or additional members appear (that are not on the collaboration team)
