Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Accounting Date and Lines combinations list of values (LOVs) for Custom Integrator and Template are not showing any data after upgrade to 12.2.10.

This issue occurs particularly when template is executed from Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus.


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: &your_customer_responsibility
Menu Option: &your_custom_menu
Integrator : &your_custom_integrator
Viewer: Excel 2016
Layout: &your_custom_layout

> Click 'Create' > press Open button to download the custom template > press Enable Editing button in the top.
> Navigate to input 'Accounting Date' field and double click to pop-up the calendar LOV => No calendar window pops-up.
> Populate 'Accounting Date' manually => when user navigates to next field the date imputed manually disappears.
> Populate Header Description.
> Navigate to Lines and Description populated in Header disappears too.
> Go to lines and try pop-up the account combination window, it doesn't appears => user tries to populate the information manually, but is not possible .

Changes

 Upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.10
