New Retirement Type Is Not Using the Correct Account as Per SLA Setup/ Mapping Sets. (Doc ID 2749086.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Retirement accounting is not as per the new retirement type SLA rule setup

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the account segment value to be used in retirement accounting as per the Retirement Type used.

STEPS

1/ Query the Asset to be retired : FA > Assets > Asset Workbench
2/ Retire the asset using the new Retirement Type through Retirement button
3/ Run Create Accounting to confirm the retirement accounting
    FA > Other > Request > Run > Create Accounting Assets

 



Changes

 Added new Retirement Type.
