Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Patch Application Issues

After upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.8 HRI_TIME_C object becomes invalid

ERROR : 


PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "CUR_FISCAL_DAYS"."PERIOD_START_DATE": invalid identifier

 

ERROR While Compiling the Package Manually :

[Error] ORA-00942 (3802: 16): PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
[Error] PLS-00364 (3822: 20): PLS-00364: loop index variable
'CUR_FISCAL_DAYS' use is invalid
[Error] ORA-00984 (3822: 36): PL/SQL: ORA-00984: column not allowed here
[Error] PLS-00364 (3835: 19): PLS-00364: loop index variable
'CUR_FISCAL_DAYS' use is invalid
[Error] PLS-00364 (3841: 34): PLS-00364: loop index variable
'CUR_FISCAL_DAYS' use is invalid
[Error] ORA-00904 (3841: 34): PL/SQL: ORA-00904:
"CUR_FISCAL_DAYS"."REPORT_DATE": invalid identifier

STEPS : 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. after upgrade 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.8 HRI_TIME_C object is invalid

2. Even tried to compile Manually , The above error received. 


Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.8
