Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
Mangers with Manager Self Service Responsibility see all employees in their Enterprise Command Center Person List


Expected Behavior:
Expect Managers to only see his/her direct reports in their Enterprise Command Center Person List


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supervisor Log In to ECC
2. Person Metrics - Direct Report Count is not accurate.
