Error: Deliver-To Location Is Invalid While Creating Requisition From iProcurment (Doc ID 2752887.1)

Symptoms

When creating requisition from iProcurement, the following errors:

ERROR
Deliver-To Location is invalid

Onscreen log shows following error:

STEPS

1.Navigate to iProcurement Responsibility -> iProcurement Home Page -> Shop -> Stores

2.Search Item from Main Store and Add to Cart

3.View Cart and Checkout

4.Click on Submit from Shopping Cart popup window

5.Reported error occurs
