Quick Retropay(Enhanced) or Retro Notification Report Fails with ORA-01422 (Doc ID 2752901.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When submitting Quick Retropay(Enhanced) or Retro Notification Report, following error occurs.

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_RETRO_NOTIF_PKG", line 1183
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_RETRO_NOTIF_PKG", line 1857
ORA-06512: at line 4

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Submit Quick Retropay(Enhanced)
  2.  Request fails with the error

 

Changes

 Upgrade to HR_PF.C RUP13 or above.
