Worklist Notification Bell ICON is not displayed after Jan2021 patch 32117360:R12.OWF.C

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bell ICON should not be malformed at worklist notifications

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in to application
2. At Home page, Worklist Bell icon is not displayed properly
