When trying to create a new project in the Projects form (PAXPREPR) and add a customer, the following error is received when the customer is added in the Project Quick Entry > Customer Name field

Active primary ship to or bill to addresses does not exist. Can not create project with that customer.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Using the Projects responsibility navigate to Projects.

2.  Open the project that will be used to copy from and select the 'Copy From' button.

3.  Populate the values in the Project Quick Entry fields and try to add the customer name in the Customer Name field.
