Symptoms

Shipping-Transportation Carriers Synchronization is failed with below error.
We have set profile option for OTM also. Below are the details for your reference.

Profiles :

BPEL Domain - NOT-USED

BPEL Webservice URI for OTM - https://otmsoa12-dev8.XXXXX.com/soa-infra/services/otm


ERROR:

In the method getDBToken
In the method buildPayload
Input XML to be passed to the BPEL process
