Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When attempting to update the appraisal task of Performance Management Plan, for a rehired employee, the following error occurs on Update Appraisal page:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Manager Self-Service responsibility.
2. Navigate to Performance Management page.
3. Click on "Go To Task" button against the task "Manage Appraisal".
4. Click pencil appraise of one rehire employee.
5. Click on Update appraisal option.
6. Get error.
