Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Pick Drop

When attempting to direct ship LPN, the following error occurs:

Error
 ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control

Database error occurred.
Error loading LPN
Error: Record with this combination already exists.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Receiving above error over and again for direct ship LPN transactions with multiple records in wsh_delivery_details see on inspection.
