Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are two batches that exist in the batch tables, but cannot be retrieved on the forms. Both of these batches have an invalid value for the validity rule.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect batches to only have valid validity rules and be retrievable.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to retrieve the batch on Batch Details

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do anything with these batches.
