Symptoms

Following <Note 2552208.1> to clone the Release 12.2.9 instance.

The note states to apply <Patch 31800803:R12.TXK.C> on the instance on all platforms.

Application of <Patch 31800803:R12.TXK.C> fails with the following error:

AutoPatch - aidafoGetFileDbVersion: INFO: ORA-01403: no data found
AutoPatch error:
Unable to get APPS_DDL package version from db <APPS_DDL>
AutoPatch error:
adpmrp: Error while installing apps_ddl packages.

Changes

Upgraded from Oracle Applications Release 11i to Release 12.2.9  with Oracle database RDBMS 19c  on IBM AIX 7.2. platform
