Goal

View Approval Action History for Work Confirmation  (WC) approval process for Complex Service PO by the buyers so that they will follow up with appropriate approvers.

Currently,  the View Work Confirmation for a Complex Purchase order shows either Pending Approval or Processed in the Buyer Work Center (BWC).
