AR_S_00070 Adjustments Not Processed by Create Accounting, No Error/Invalid Events (Doc ID 2756428.1)

Symptoms

When running Create Accounting, adjustments are not getting accounted.  There are no errors or invalid events raised. 
The adjustment event remains unprocessed even after Create Accounting is run.

When reviewing the data in AR_ADJUSTMENTS_ALL the EVENT_ID is null.

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Control > Request > Run
Program: Create Accounting
