R11: GMS: List of Values (LOV) on Various Forms Cannot be Limited by Security (Doc ID 275688.1)

Need the ability to limit the list of values to only those Awards and projects for which the User is listed as Personnel.

GMS_SECURITY_EXTN is called by the following forms:

Award Management
Award Budgets
Revenue Review
Invoice Review
Funding Inquiry
Award Status Inquiry

PA_SECURITY_EXTN is called by the following forms:

Projects
Project Budgets
Capital Projects
Funding Inquiry
Revenue Review
Invoice Review
Project Status
Expenditure Inquiry
Standard Report Submission (Single Project LOV's)

However, even though these security extensions are called by the forms and they do limit view of underlying transactions and data, the complete list of Projects with descriptions and Awards with descriptions will still appear in the relevant List of Values. This is a potential security issue as the award and project descriptions can contain sensitive information.

Use of PA: Cross Project Responsibility is not an options as it has to be set to 'N' for Invoice and Revenue forms to work correctly. (Otherwise it limits viewing access to only the Award Manager.)
