Symptoms
When uploading the workplan data from MSP to Oracle Project getting the below error, even though all resources are within the task scheduled dates
"The scheduled dates should be within the scheduled dates of the task"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to MSP
- Receive the Workplan Data from Oracle project to MSP
- Upload the Data from MSP to Oracle Project
