Error When Applying the Translation Patch (Doc ID 2758106.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to applying translation Patch, the file  PAXLAEM.LDT failed and the following error occurs.

im Programm xla_event_class_attrs_f_pkg.load_row ein interner Fehler aufgetreten ist. ORA-01407: Aktualisieren von ("XLA"."XLA_EVENT_CLASS_ATTRS"."JE_CATEGORY_NAME") zu NULL nicht möglich.
