Symptoms

ECC Version: 5

There is slow performance running ECCRUNDL: ECC Run Data Load for okl-ast-ctr-dtls.

The request log shows that the process ran for 2 days before erroring out with the following errors:

 Error while call to runProgramnull
 error detailoracle.ecc.client.exceptions.EccResponseException
 CP main completed runProgram for oracle.apps.fnd.ecc.dataload.EccDataLoadCP


STEPS
1. Run concurrent request ECCRUNDL: ECC Run Data Load for okl-ast-ctr-dtls.
2. Request log shows process ran for 2 days before erroring out with the indicated errors.
