Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions
When attempting to perform and IR-ISO receipt transaction, the following error occurs:
ERROR

rvtptcontrol failed
RVTII-060: Subroutine
INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions()
RVTVT-065: Subroutine afdname() returned error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Receiving > Receipts
2. Create receipt of the particular item
3. Encounter the error

Due to this issue, users cannot complete necessary receipts
