Symptoms

When attempting to enter/lookup an Account value using the field's List of Values (LOV) the following error is returned:

ERROR
-----------------------
Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneSQLException - Cannot execute SQL Statement.
Cause: A low level API call failed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Desktop Integrator Responsibility > Create Document
2. Enter integrator and layout and create the template.
3. Right click in a field and select List of Values to find a value, error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully find/enter data and upload using WebADI.
