Symptoms

When attempting to run the process Transfer Time from OTL to BEE, the following error occurs:


The OTLR error is: Unable to determine a time period for date worked of: 24-FEB-21 Payroll



Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility OTL Administrator or OTL Application Developer
3. Navigate to Process& Reports>Submit Requests. Run Transfer time from OTL to BEE
4. Receive error
