On : 12.2.7 version, Installation Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Webservices pointing to Internal url instead of external url
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the webservices are started on external url it should be pointing to external url
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to E-business suite
2.Click Integrated SOA gateway responsibility
3.Search deployed API as REST webservice in Integration repository ,click WADL
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot consume the webservice with external node
