Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Online Discussion Messages do not appear for team members.
It is available only for the buyer creator of the negotiation.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the Online Duscussion messages as the team members.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log as the supplier
2. Go to Online Discussions
3. New message
4. There is a choice to send to All Participants or to the supplier.
5. Choose All participants
6. Only buyer owner get the message, not the team members.
