Symptoms

Users who are key members on a large number of projects received the following error when trying to access the Projects Costing Command Center:

Other users with fewer projects assigned to them do not receive this error.

Note:  Both users are using the Project Super User responsibility.

Navigation:  Project Super User (or whatever responsibility was chosen by the System Administrator when ECC was installed) | Project Command Center
