Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order
Quotation base language description is not synched with other non based languages, thus can't search by Description
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Has base English and ZHS installed
- Create a quotation in English
- Update quotation description, Also the item allow description update as Y
- Search in ZHS, still see the original translation, thus can't search
