Seeded Reports Completing with Error HR_6922_MAG_FILE_OPEN_FAILED (Doc ID 2761275.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

After applying patch 32020431 to deliver the report PERUSEEO1STATE: EEO-1 State Specific Establishment Report, the following error is occurring:

HR_6922_MAG_FILE_OPEN_FAILED
APP-PAY-06922: Failed to open the output file.

The magnetic tape process failed to open the output file required for the transfer of data to magnetic tape.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login with responsibility XX HRMS Manager

  2. View > Request > Submit a New Request
     
  3.  Enter EEO-1 State Specific Establishment Report (error would also likely be coming for other concurrent programs as well)

 

Changes

 Instance was cloned.
