Symptoms
Using Link Term on a second payment term throws error 'The lease has amendment commencing from XX-APR-XX. Please provide an amendment commencement date later than this date.'
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Property Manager responsibility > Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
2. Enter expense lease with 2 payment terms.
3. Finalize lease
4. Click Amendment. Enter amendment using Link Term. User can choose first payment term, update this line with end date and create new one with new start date.
5. Now user would like also to update the second payment term using Link Term. Click amendment and choose the second line. Enter the end date and Start date for new line same as for first line.
6. Save and see the error message "The lease has amendment commencing from XX-APR-XX. Please provide an amendment commencement date later that this date. "
