ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Award Summary (RFQ XXXXX) page is Missing Return Link.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Users Expect to see the Return link at the bottom of the Award Summary (RFQ XXXXX) page
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Sign on to Application
Select Responsibility: Sourcing
Navigation: Sourcing Homepage ->> Search Published Negotiations->>
Search ->> Number: XXXXX ->> Click: "GO" ->>
Returns Negotiation # XXXXX ->> Click on Number: "XXXXX" ->>
Opens RFQ: XXXXX ->> Select Actions: "Award Summary" ->> Click: "GO" ->>
Opens Award Summary (RFQ XXXXX) ->> Missing Return Link
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Return to Link at the bottom of the Award Summary (RFQ XXXXX) page
